Two destitute individuals found in a vulnerable condition on the streets of Zahirabad, Telangana, received a new chance at life through the timely intervention of local police, hospital staff, and Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam in Choutuppal. Struggling with physical and mental health issues, they were without proper food, shelter, or family support. After receiving initial medical attention at Zahirabad Area Hospital, the need for continued care was identified, prompting local authorities to arrange further assistance.

The rescue was coordinated by Constable Prakash under the leadership of Circle Inspector Ravi and Sub-Inspector Lavakumar of Zahirabad Town Police Station, with support from hospital lab technician Ramadasu and the 108 Ambulance service. Their coordinated efforts ensured that both individuals were safely transported to Amma Nanna Ashramam's rescue and rehabilitation services in Choutuppal, where they could receive the care and support they needed.

Upon arrival, the individuals were extremely weak and required immediate attention. Ashram staff assisted them into wheelchairs and took them to the facility's hospital for preliminary medical examinations.
