Shantabai, also known as Sundar Bai from Nanded, Maharashtra, was missing for eight years after attending a relative's wedding in Hyderabad, just before the onset of the Corona pandemic. In a state of shock and confusion, driven by the trauma of losing her younger brother, she wandered aimlessly, forgetting her past. Fearing she would meet the same fate, she became mentally disturbed.
Amma Nanna Orphanage Shrine found her, took her in, and helped restore her to a normal state, filling her heart with peace and love once again.
Shantabai’s family, especially her youngest son, Ravasaheb Maha Shinde, had given up hope, believing she had died during the pandemic. The moment they found her again, overwhelmed with emotion, they fell at her feet and begged for forgiveness.
After a heartfelt reunion, where Shantabai received her family’s blessings, they returned to their hometown in Nanded.
Let us all hope that everyone, like Shantabai, is reunited with their loved ones.
